Eligibility for Return and Refund
Due to the nature of personal care products, we currently do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:  
- The product you received is damaged during shipping.  
- The product you received is expired upon arrival.

How to Request a Return or Refund
If you’ve received a damaged or expired product, please follow these steps:  
1. Contact Us at contact@veglow.in within 7 days of receiving your order.  
2. Include the following details in your email:  
   - Your order number.  
   - A clear photo of the damaged or expired product.  
   - A description of the issue.  
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.  

Important Notes:
- Returns or refunds will not be processed for reasons other than damage or expiration.  
- Products must be in their original packaging when returned (if applicable).  
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time and Rates

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days (available at an additional cost).
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Shipping Delays

Missing or Lost Packages

• If your order shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please wait 24 hours as packages can sometimes be marked as delivered prematurely.
• If the package does not arrive after 24 hours, contact our support team for further assistance.
• VeGlow is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

International Shipping

• Delivery times for international orders may vary based on customs clearance and local courier processing.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery.
